Remove slightly damaged anvil and very damaged anvil (for 1.15)

Since in the snapshot of 19w34a the block data can be saved when the block is been braked
the anvil(s) that there are in the game are no longer needed only one anvil from now can be use
consider this as an extra flattering

    The different anvils are separate blocks for the same reason that dirt and grass are separate blocks. You can pick up a damaged anvil, and it's a different item from an undamaged anvil. It also has a different name. So essentially, the 3 anvil variants are really 3 separate blocks. As a general rule, if two blocks have different items and different names in the inventory, then they should be separate blocks.
