    This would be helpful especially since music.game, music.game.creative, and music.game.nether are all random. They could add music.sweden or music.blind_spots and more as separate music options. There’s also a glitch in which if you play music, it would play two different tracks at once.

    I like the idea. But I think that the music should at least follow the player so it doesn't quiet down when they try to move away from the music like the sounds do. But none the less, great idea

    I would also love an option to loop the music. Like, set a specific time (min,sec) for it to loop back to when the song ends.

    You can actually make it "follow" the player by setting it's volume to something really loud like 1,000,000. It will stick to the max volume and not get quiter

    You can make it so the music follows the player, that's not the problem. The problem about the music is that you can't pick a specific song some of the time. You can pick something like "play a song that plays in this biome". If you want C418's Mice on Venus to play for instance, you'd have to use a resource pack that adds the song, and use the playsound command to target that. It's a bit faffy.
