Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Craftable Tridents and Elder Prismarine Blocks

I think that having to kill countless drowned to get the Trident is very boring and not fitting at all for a similar weapon, so here’s an idea: Elder Guardians and Guardians should drop Elder Prismarine Shards.
Elder Guardians will always drop at least one while Guardians will very rarely drop it.
Elder Prismarine Shards can be used to craft the Trident by putting two diamonds or two normal Prismarine Shards in the lower left corner and in the center of the crafting grid and by placing the shards in the upper right corner,the upper middle square and the middle right square.
Elder Prismarine Shards could also be used to craft Elder variants of the various Prismarine blocks.
Since these would be very expensive to craft, they could generate naturally in Ocean Ruins and in Ocean Temples.

    That is a really good idea.  Its way too hard to get a trident.  I've always thought a craft-able trident would be nice.  I also like how you stated it could be crafted by killing elder guardians.
