Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Whips

Whips could be an item that when used it can attach to fences and pull items that have been dropped

    Here's what I would rather do: Whips can latch onto something you aim with (like a bow or trident) and if that block is whip compatible, then you can use it to swing. Also whips can be used as a weapon, just aim with it and hit a mob with it. There can be a whip for every basic ore: leather, stone, gold, iron, diamond, and netherite, but also any new ones if there's any. They could also have a spike at the end (enchantment?). Anyways, I didn't want this idea to be too bland and all, just something I would have said or added.

    SuperiorFire892 I like this, but I think the basic whip should be made of leather, but can be modified with shards of material (Bricks, bones, diamonds) that increase damage dealt to entities. I think also the latching should be an enchantment (Kind of like riptide on the trident). I actually made a post detailing this idea more fully, will edit with the link when it gets approved.
