Wither Snake

It would be a mob that would look like a king cobra and have an appearance similar to a Wither Skeleton (a darkened skeleton). When killed, there would be a chance for it to drop a Wither Fang, which could be a potion ingredient for making a Potion of Wither. It would spawn in chunks that have a Wither Rose placed in them. Since people would probably want it too, perhaps they can be tamed by right clicking with a Wither Star (without consuming the item in the process).

    Darn I was about to post about a wither snake too. I think a wither fang would be a cool idea and should make a wither potion with a small time limit. The snake should also be able to sink into the soul sand while slithering and that it should have blues eyes, a blue mouth, and a blue face on its mane. Also if it's gonna be a king cobra, say Wither King Cobra instead of wither snake. Everyone loves king cobras and I think it would catch more people's attention :).
