Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Bees Make Flowers Bloom and Apples Grow

Flowers

Every week in game, a single flower will bloom near a bee hive. If they are out there pollinating and doing their thing, shouldn't that have a tangible effect on their environment? The flower could be any type, even flowers that don't tend to appear in the biome of the bee hive.

Apples

Oak Trees with bee hives within eight blocks of it’s trunk will have a higher chance to drop apples. This effect doesn’t stack.
