resizing tool

A resizing tool would resize blocks by there pixel, you would right click the tool and it would show all the blocks in minecraft as if you press E. You can use the resizing tool for any block in minecraft. Once you chose the block you want, it would standardly 16 pixels because thats whats in a block, but with the resizing tool you could make it 15x15 or 7x7 or 2x2 and so on. then it would be in your inventory. the only way to get a 7x7 pixel block and so on is to use the resizing tool.
