keepInventory Setting

Personally, I play survival Minecraft near-exclusively, and while that's definitely fine on its own, I tend to have issues with dropping all of my stuff whenever I die, especially in caves and such. However, turning on cheats just to turn on keepInventory leads to temptation to actually, well, cheat, which ultimately leads to me having less fun.

When it comes right down to it, keepInventory is something that I feel should be an option in the 'More World Options' tab, alongside bonus chest settings and the cheats toggle. It's a gameplay choice that some might not like, and some would, but the same goes for the bonus chest. Putting it alongside the bonus chest option would allow for easy access to those who want to use it, and put it out of the way of those who don't.

(Barring that, a way to turn off cheats once a world has been created would be nice.)

    you could start a singleplayer world without cheats, open it to lan with cheats change the gamerule and reconnect and you have a different gamerule without cheats
