Arrows bounce off armor

I believe giving armor a chance to bounce off or ricochet arrows, at least iron, gold and diamond armor, would make armor more useful. Rather than decreasing the damage of every single incoming attack, it would be nice if it could completely nullify some attacks, arrows at least. The chance of bouncing should increase by armor material and whether you have a full armor set or just some of it.
