Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

BARLEY (a new crop)

Barley is a new crop that will be much better than wheat. But it is rare.

When you grow a seed you could usually get wheat that grows but, there would be a 1% change of barley growing.

Barley can be used to breed cows, sheep and horses and when bred they will make around 4-6 babies

Barley can be made into barley bread or whole meal bread ( i am still thinking about the name). This is one of the best food sources in the game and will give you 8 hunger is eaten and full health.

Villagers run away from wholemeal bread because they are fussy. They will not farm it either.

If barley were added it would change farming.
It would take it to a whole new level.

    Instead of making barley into a super crop, the introduction of barley and rye would allow for better looking fields/grass. Wheat, barley, and rye could be interchangeable just like stone and blackstone: one bread recipe and one hay bale recipe. These recipes could allow for use of any of the three grain/cereal crops.
