HoftS Mechanical Chestplate

We already have special armor in the game, like turtle helmets with their unique functionality, elytras with the ability to fly. So I have my own proposal. Redstone breastplane, it wouldn't be crafted with redstone, but with the heart of the sea and some other items. You would wear the chestplate and it would have unique functionalities:
 1.If you drop below 5 hearts, the chestplate would use any health potion or regeneration potion that you have in your inventory.
 2. If you drop in lava, or fire, it would use any fire regeneration potion that you have, giving you fire resistance, for half of the potions worth.
 3. If you begin to drown, it will use a breathing potion.
 4. *If you die and you're not holding Totem of Undying, it would use it.
It would have 4-5 armor points, while giving *1+ toughness, 241 durability.

There could be more uses, but these are my 2 cents.
Note: It would not save you from fall damage if the direct damage from it would be 20+ hitpoints.
* are things that even I am not sure that would be balanced, but could be given a good thought.
