Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Winter crops

crops that need snow to grow and only appear in snow biomes. Maybe there are snow villages where you can only get these crops. They can only be grown on snow blocks or maybe a new dirt block called frost dirt or something like that.
