So, everyone knows that fire aspect sucks, this is because when a mob is set on fire it has a chance to set you on fire as well... Why not change it?
Basically, when the mob is set on fire, it will be a different type of fire that can not damage the player. This doesn't need to be shown through a color change but can simply look the same.
Another "aspect" (excuse my awful humour) would be a change to the enchantment itself, this being that level 1 fire aspect will still set the player on fire if the mob attacks them, level 2 will not and a third level (as a little extra) can be added that will instead set mobs on fire, but the fire will be more powerful and therefore be blue. This fire will do more damage to the mobs and not damage players either.
