Improve the honey-filling of bee nests

Currently, it's impossible to tell the honey level of a bee nest without looking at the debug screen (which feels like cheating). I suggest that, instead of being an all-at-once thing, bee nests and hives should fill the bottom hole at honey level 2, and the top hole at level 5. Shearing a level-2 hive will drop 1 honeycomb, while shearing a level-5 nest would drop the current 3. Similarly, you could fill one bottle at level 2, and two bottles at level 5
