Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).
A bit like the Quick-Loading enchantment, Rapid-Fire can go on both bows and crossbows and when you shoot it, you get a cool down, but after, the cross/bow is already loaded. It would be useful if you were being swarmed by mobs and you shot your bow, took a few sword swipes, and switched back to fire again.
