/gamerule attackcooldown (true/false)

for combat
a lot of people hate the 1.9 update because of the attack speed buisness
pls add option to disable this

    The cool down is going to be removed in the combat update.

    In the combat experimental snapshots they didn't remove the cooldown, they just made it so you can press and hold significantly reducing the new reach mechanic and strength.
