The nethermites

The Nethermites are the distant cousin of Endermites and silverfish they spawn in fortresses, come out of some nether blocks like glowstone or netherack, and 10 will spawn around the portal if a player leaves the nether and when the player goes back to the nether they will attack!     Maybe instead of 10 coming out of the portal how about they crowd near the portal for when you enter the nether?

    I love the idea of a distant relative to Endermites and Silverfish, but maybe there could be corrupted blocks in the nether (like the cobblestone that holds silverfish, but only nether based.) Maybe when someone is mining netherbrick for a building material it sometimes releases the Nethermites. The nether is a scary place for a lot of players, so maybe two can come out of the block instead of one. I like the portal idea as well, but with someone that might not have all that great of armor might get fraustrated easily, maybe like five come out when ignited.
