Alcohol based fire potion

My ideia is to add a simples potion made of sugar cane alcohol that can ignite a small area on throw. The fire created by the potion could not be extinguish by the player, it would even burn over the water. (It would still disappear after sometime even on flammable blocks, and it doesn't spread)

The ideia is to create a simple and fun fire weapon.

PS: You can save yourself just by going out of the effect circle and than going on water.
