Ender sickness

When you are attacked by an endermite there would be a 1 in 10 chance of getting ender sickness. This would cause you to randomly teleport, drop an ender pearl when you die, get damaged in water, gain a small strength bonus when you are looked in the eyes, and when you eat chorus fruit the effects would be reduced for some amount of time. It would be cured by using dragons breath
