Sword Enchantment: Spiral

A new sword enchantment known as spiral. (or something like that) It would allow the user to preform a spin attack, that is, attack all mobs around the player by spinning. To execute this attack the player, after the attack indicator fills to 200%, would hold down the attack button and hold until the bar charges again. After this, they would release the button causing the player to spin around rapidly, damaging any entities it hits.

An extra thing to add. If the attack is preformed right as the player jumps, they will gain extra height as they spin through the air.
