Crafting Table Armour

It is a chest plate made out of eight crafting tables made similar to a normal chest plate (except of course, using crafting tables instead of diamonds, iron, leather, etc) that you can wear and provides NO armor points but allows you to have a 3x3 crafting grid inside your survival inventory. It works like, would you rather have a full set of diamond armor or a ugly chestplate with more function that provides no armor but allows an incredibly useful function
