More decorations such as the lanterns

Hey, my idea was to add more decorations blocks like the lanterns that have been added to 1.14. Decorations such as:

-hanging flower pots (to put on a Wal)
-placeble bowls (instead of the item itself. maybe the behavior of a cake?)
-shelfs (instead of slabs which take up much space)
-display shelf. (a shelf where you can put almost any item, something like the frame item)
-portable light source
