Destructive Enchantment

Like an opposite to the silk touch enchant where mining stone breaks it into gravel (x2 and recraftable). Or use it on a log and get 5 Planks, so sort of. Like fortune but on other types of blocks. And maybe it auto breaks iron and gold ores.
