Slower Attack Speed If A Player Is Underwater

If you want to Minecraft be more realistic at combat, You should add this idea. Seriously who can attack fast underwater.

    This feels tedious and unfun and I feel it would kill a lot of the enjoyment the update aquatic (1.13) brought to the game. Additionally it would require a re-balancing of aquatic PVE in order to make underwater PVE possible at all.

    It would be enough just to slow the animations down and add a bubbly underwater whooshing sound.

    Maybe making that this doesn't affect the trident, making it more unique and useful
