Keep diamonds rare/powerful

Not something they should, add but something they shouldn’t.

Diamonds always have to be the most powerful and rare ore. It’s just one of the many fundamentals of the game. You always start with wood and stone tools. Desert wells have to be pointless. Diamonds have to be the most powerful and rare ore.
