When walking on stairs, make the player stick to them.

It's annoying to walk down a flight of stairs and hit your head on a block above you when normally you won't hit your head on when you walk up them, so you should stick to stairs when you're walking down to prevent the player from doing this.
Edit: Jumping will stop the player from sticking for a short time.
