Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Moving Enchantments between tools/books

For example if you have fortune III on an iron pickaxe you could move it to a diamond pickaxe or book and pay for it in XP. This would mean that you can move enchantments between tools as you progress instead of wasting materials on tools trying to get the enchantment you had. A way to make it balanced is to make it so both tools have to be full durability and it costs more XP to move the enchantments to books.
