Leathercraft using the smoker and smithing table

Cows should no longer drop just leather, instead they could drop their hides. All animals could drop a unique hide that produces a variety of amounts of leather. Cows could produce the most while animals like rabbits could produce the least. Chickens would produce none, obviously.
After smoking the leather to remove fur it could be tanned to produce regular leather at the smithing table. Also iron nuggets could be added to leather armor to stud the armor, producing a unique variant of armor.
