Minecraft has a lot of blocks, but what if they had more? Why do we need them? Please don't just add lists of things - these will be marked as spam and removed! Also, no furniture, guns, or vertical/"sideways"/"upright"/"standing" slabs (yes, we see you).

Straws

There should be a way to make straws whether it be sugar cane, bamboo, or even wheat. What the straw could do it lessen the time of a potion but still give you the effects. For example you have a 8 min night vision if you attach a straw to the bottle then when you drink it you take a portion of the potion it lowers the time of the bottle left id say if it took portions by three about 5 min left on the bottle and you continue drinking from it until its gone. This idea could also be used for buckets of milk.
