Mine cart rails that could stick to walls

it would be like a rail with a slime ball that could stick to walls or ceilings. It’s just an idea and is probably to hard to do, but I thought it was a cool idea.

    I think minecart rails should just be placeable on walls as-is. No need to add a special rail type for that.
