Clerics collect warts

Clerics will plant and collect nether wart on soul sand, similar to farmers and wheat/carrots/potatoes. This will allow the automation of nether wart collecting

    Just like farmers, I like it! But I don't think they should spawn naturally in the overworld (nether warts), so only when you bring them back would they be able to harvest them
