(Bedrock Parity) 10% of dolphins should spawn as babies

This is already a feature in Bedrock Edition, but not Java Edition. I think it should be added.

 

NOTE: For some reason, "baby dolphins" is on the official "previously considered suggestions" list. It says baby dolphins won't be added, but they're already added in Bedrock Edition. Because of this, I'm assuming that the page means "no players breeding dolphins". If this is false, and baby dolphins are actually denied, then they should be removed from Bedrock Edition.

    I agree with this, if Minecraft wants full parity, they should either add the baby dolphins to java or remove the baby dolphins from bedrock. Breeding dolphins should also be fine IMO if every other animal can be bred no problem, just have them breed on their own if players doing it is too far for some reason.
