molten tipped tools

I always wanted a way to apply fortune to things like gold and iron so you didnt have to do farms that involved villagers (pigmen farms are ok)

I thought what about someway (maybe smithing table) to have a molten tipped pickaxe which would act as something separate from enchantments for all tools, like smelted/liquid ores on the tips of weapons for some kind of effect for for pickaxes it would essentially be a tool and furnace in one so when you mined something it would be mined smelted, and if you mined gold or iron it would yield many ingots as appose to 1, this of course would not be combinable with fortune or silk touch as well
