Zombie Miners

These Zombies will have ores kind of embedded in them so they will have more health than normal zombies. Maybe 15 hearts. They will spawn in caves naturally but are rarer to spawn. They would drop an assortment of ores (coal, iron, gold, diamond, emerald) the last two being the rarest to drop and first two most common. They would also do slightly more damage than a regular zombie. Maybe they also hold a iron pick axe in their hands that drops with a random amount of damage to it .

    Maybe also they could also drop Redstone and lapis
