New books

I feel like the mending book needs a cousin. I think it would be cool if you either had a option when you switch it on the tool mends itself from taking levels from your character or it would be cooler in a book where every 10 strikes from a tool or every ten shots fired it takes 2 levels off of your character. Of course you can change the numbers to whatever you want them to be but I feel like it's fair.
