Liquid sourced

When I play Minecraft sometimes I feel like it is not right for there to be an infinite source of lava coming out of nowhere because then It reminds me that physically in the real world something like that would be that just All the lava or water would flow down because there wouldn't be a continual source of it. So I was thinking that there could be a block that would continually be a source of Lava oozing it and same with water. I was thinking there would be a catagory for them named oozers. The lava oozers would be name La-oozer and the Water oozer would be named Wa-oozer. As in the liquid then oozer meaning it oozed the liquid. Now I think there should be two types of them with three branches each. The first type is Mechanical. The second tyoe is natural. The mechanical oozers are made mechanical with an ore, and the natural are found in the world. not made. So the mechanical one's oozing strength can be altered. For example on a fountain oozer you can determine how high you want the Lava or Water oozer to ooze the water into the air or how farm you want it to go with the straight forward oozer or 360 oozer Which ooses at all angle on the ground and beneath it, where it's placed. I think that this would be so nice to see in a Minecraft world so the next time I go into one I can get the feeling that hay it makes sense that there is lava falling from a source instead of being mystified that there is no original source that it didn't get created from.
