Crickets

Crickets would spawn in planes biome. It would be small and hard to see among the grass. If you walk over a cricket it squishes it with a little squish noise. Crickets would run away from the player like how rabbits do. During the night it will make a noise adding some ambiance to the nights. If killed by the player it would drop a Cricket. You can eat a Cricket to gain some hunger (as much as a melon slice).

    I agree and later down the line you could use crickets to tame animals such as Lepord geckos if mojang ever adds then
