Book effects on fists or body

If you hold a certain book it your left hand it gives you that enchant like efficiency makes you dig faster with your fist and protection makes you take a little less damage but too not make it too overpowers every time it is used it uses a certain amount of xp and without the do it does not work and this only works with out armour or leather or wood and stone tools
