Alternate/Secondary Binds for Controls

Bring the controls menu up to class with other strong pc releases and allow for binding two (or more) keys to the same action.

Would be particularly useful with the hotbar shortcuts based on context and items.

    Would definitely be good not only for PC, but also for all consoles (including switch mojang I see u)
