Enchantment/Brewing Tutorials

I've not played Minecraft for years before picking it up again, recently, and I naturally am behind the curve when it comes to knowing how to enchant items and brew potions. What I'd like to see implemented, is that maybe some villages can be generated with a library building, with some staff-written tutorials populating the books on the shelf? It would help newer players discover the deeper mechanics without needing to consult outside sources.
