Allow brewing potions with flowers, which do the same effect as stew

Using flowers you're able to make suspicious stew, every flower has a different effect, so why not do it with potions? These would last half as much as normal potions, but would be easier to make (flowers are basically everywhere), which ballances it quite well in my opinion. There would also be splash potions and lingering potion effects. I think this will simplify potion brewing, as you now have multiple ways of making potions.
