Shulker - Turtle shell grafting

Let turtles be led by leads and mount minecarts. When a turtle is taken to an end city shulkers can permanently attach themselves to the turtles back (or replace its shell). When turtles that have a shulker buddy are bred the shulker leaves a bit of its shell on the baby turtle to grow with it, when the baby matures after hatching it drops a skulker shell when it matures, but does not have a symbiotic skulker of its own. This is a fairly intensive end game way you could enable players to generate renewable shulker boxes without it being too easy gameplay wise or trivializing the item.

    I like this! Challenging, but rewarding as it makes Shulker Shells renewable.
