It may sound strange, but say there were an item we could use to fully read enchantments, such as goggles, or a helmet, and it would allow players to see more than one enchantment given to an item on enchantment table before they enchant the item. For example, you are going to enchant a sword. The first and second options say sharpness, and the third says unbreaking. When/ if you choose the first option, you can't tell that the other option also comes with unbreaking. But with the goggles, helmet, or glasses, you can read this and make the obvious decision. And I even have a few ideas on how to obtain these. 1: Goggles can be crafted with glass panes and iron. 2: A helmet enchantment, as I call it, Knowledge or Ancient Languist can allow you to read these extra enchantments. 3: Glasses of Knowledge can be obtained in Jungle Temples, Desert Temples, Villages (Libraries), and/ or Strongholds.
