So while thinking about how the new combat mechanics were more spamy, I thought how weapon charges can make for interesting combos. like maybe how a sword can have 3 swings two normal hits into a knock back but remain mostly normal, or maybe the spear can work in bursts of rapid low damage with 5 charges but high refractory. and the axes have 2 charges with also high refractory period with a heavy hit then a massive knock back after.
Also when you do a move midway, there's a recovery that is a bit faster than a full exhaust but the recovery restores all charge.
while I think this will make interesting combat, it may seem too complex for Minecraft's style, as I pulled this idea out of fighting games and Legend of Zelda's attack move-set. (i borrowed the idea from BoTWs spear, claymore and sword)
