Appetite potion effect

I have an idea for a new potion effect. An effect where you don't lose hunger and call it appetite. You can make an appetite potion by combining an awkward potion with a non-enchanted golden apple in a brewing stand. And also putting this effect on a beacon and add another tier to unlock the appetite effect.
