So in the world outside of minecraft, depending on your job, you can have a higher income, leading to having a nicer life. Have you ever noticd in mincraft, it seems that the house size of different villagers is random. I was thinking in villages, we could change that based on the villagers job.
Let's say we have a Librarian that has many enchanted books that are bought often. That Librarian would then have a bigger sized house. Apply that to all the villagers and there you have it. Now that makes sense, but what if suddenly a player comes along and buys a ton from the villager. Then they would have enough money/emeralds to expand, or "buy" a bigger house. This could come along with a real estate mechanic. (Empty unfurnished houses) This would make it so that it actually seems like by trading with a villager, you are making it a win-win situation instead of having it only "benefit" you. I'm not sure if this would go in gameplay or Villagers, NPC, Humanoids, but i'll put it in Villagers, NPC, Humanoids. I'm willing to change category if needed.
