Biome: Roofed Ocean

So, roofed ocean would be a deep ocean biome, but covered with about 2-3 blocks with occasional holes. This would be a very nice place to build a base, and would work well as a sort of "cavern" area.

    What would the ocean's ceiling be covered with though? Stone, dirt/grass, or some new block?

    I would imagine floating sand and wet sponge roofing it so turtles could lay eggs there in peace with dolphins protecting them. Under it would be a a bunch of seaweed and kelp.
