When you are making your redstone suggestions, please note that Java and Bedrock will not have the exact same the same redstone systems - this would require redoing redstone system completely on one platform or the other. The two systems are functionally different and are going to stay that way. Please be sure to tag your suggestions with (Java) or (Bedrock).

A Redstone Block Swapper (Java and Bedrock)

A redstone block that can swap all blocks in a 1 meter radius around him: could be used to swap all blocks on its cardinal directions

It will activate with redstone pulses, like a dispenser and swap the blocks on the clockwise direction(1)

If there's a block on the diagonal of the block swapper, It will not work(2)

(the green square it's the block swapper placeholder)

Could be placed on the wall, and swap blocks in the Y and X/Z directions

(the green square it's the block swapper placeholder)

The block swapper also could be crafted with slimes and redstone.

This is a very simple idea, It should be fittable with both Java and Bedrock redstone system

Why? This is already possible with the current redstone system, and it would just be another inventory issue.
