Skeletons on fire shoot flame arrows

Quite simply, as said in the title, when skeletons are on fire whether this be from daylight, fire, lava ect. will shoot flame arrows instead of regular arrows

    Already happens in hard mode when the regional difficulty is high enough

    I think this should be the case for all mobs, including players
