Ice and Packed Ice veins under snowy biomes

Packed ice veins underground spawning in a similar way to how granite, diorite and other stones generate would create a better feel when under a snow biome. Regular ice should generate more rarely, as it would melt and flood caves if lights were placed without acknowledging this ice, providing a small challenge when exploring snow caves.

    I think this would work nicely under ice spike biomes, or underwater caves in ice ocean biomes (Ice would be at top). For other cold biomes it doesn't make much sense because it is the surface that is cold, not underground.
